Hi, I’ve been trying for a long time now to put on weight but everything I do doesn’t work. I am getting married next year August and I’m desperate to put on some weight before I go out there to look for my wedding dress.
Can anyone help and tell me want kind of food should I eat. What should I do. Help me PLEASE.

Sorry I wont be much help, I am so desperate to gain, this is actually the first site I’ve found that doesnt offer body building B.S. The only advice that I was given that seems to help, is (from a nutritionist) when eating your meals eat the carbs first, and make sure your serving is larger than the other food. Next eat your meat, and finally, if you have rrom eat your veggies. I have also found a cereal in the grocerie its like a granola and raisins type cereal. I eat it dry as a snack and it actually has like 160 calories. I also dont feel like I am eating that instead of a meal. If you find any other ideas please please please forward them to me. I dont want to look like a chicken in a swimsuit!

A simple thing you can do that may help is drink Boost; they make a special formula that is high in calories specifically designed to help you gain weight in a fairly healthy way. I dropped down to 95 a few years ago because I have lupus and food just didn’t sound appealing. I can still only eat a little bit before feeling very full, so I just space my food intake throughout the day. I’m up to about 115 and I thats almost in the healthy range. (Off by maybe 5 lbs)
