Of course not, – Setting my aims high.
I just met a 21 year old at my exact weight who lifts 160 pounds, while she is standing. (And she doesn’t look like a man)
I also met a 45 year old lady who managed to lift (not bench press) 120 pounds and she only started.
So come on, I am in my prime!
At the moment I am only lifting my shopping… (Boyfriend calls out: “No, you’re not. I AM!“)
... well, alright, maybe it will come, we’ll see :D

Christine, I admire your tenacity, I really do. Yet …. I can’t lift 250 lbs right now and I work out every couple of days. Well, I hope those 6 kg ‘cute weights’ have turned into something a little heavier.
Hit the gym for a couple of weeks and see what you think. And tell your boyfriend to be happy to carry your shopping bags!
