I’m finally back in the gum after a 2 month layoff. So far i’ve been lifting wieghts, done 30 min cardio plus 10 min hitting the heavy bag 3 days this week. I’m hoping to get up to 5 days next week and stick with it. Its hard with work and family responsibilities but i know whenever I make time for the gym my day is a whole lot easier.
