Bier Stube is great. My boss, our office manager and friend Kathy, and I used to go there on Fridays after work and sit on their patio, sipping wine and beer through most of last summer. Often local bands would play, and it was such a great way to kick back after a long week. Dieter is a madman about beer; he actually hosts two trips every year to Germany to tour the breweries and try to share his passion for the true German beers. They have escargots on the menu, though I’ve never been bold enough to try them!
