I’ve been wanting to learn how to seriously paint for a long time. A few weeks ago my fiance took me out to buy a huge supply of canvases, oil paints, brushes, etc. Last week we bought a desk/chair and tabletop easel just for me to use for painting. Now, how to do it well? I’m still amazed at the support for my interest, no one has ever done anything like it for me. I don’t have to work, either. There is no excuse not to give it my all.

Adorable
I’ll let my “partner in crime” view my 43things list and look at him with (now very) expecting eyes.
Let’s see if I’ll get support voluntarily, or have to force it out of him… :D
I’m in the same situation, I’m a housewife without kids so I have no excuse really. I called a school that is like 6 blocks from my apartment, its not a university its like an artist that’s set up shop to teach people to paint. http://www.prosartschool.com/ Their prices are good so I will try and start next week. :)
