i went here last year around this time with the family i babysit for…it was BEAUTIFUL! we stayed at the Meridian, ate nutella everday, went swimming in the crystal clear water with the sea turtles, saw the most amazing sunsets i have EVER seen, had the best mai tai’s and panini’s of my life, and layed out talking on the peaceful hammocks at night. it was beyond beautiful, and i’m sooo incredibly lucky the family i babysit for paid for me to go, or i don’t know if i ever could afford it!! the one thing that was a little bit of a downer was that on the main island, the locals are all so poor. but i guess you’ll see that everywhere you’ll travel to, right? definately worth it, if you can go, GO! ;)
