print my own t-shirts
Untitled 2 years ago

I’ve got all these ideas of things I’d like to put on shirts. I just never seem to get around to finding a place that’ll do it for me. Or something.

I’ll probably end up giving up on this goal.

In case you haven't yet given up...

...you can print them at home if you own an inkjet printer.

There are special papers available for inkjet printers (iron-on transfers, i think they are called) and what you do is, you print a mirror of your design onto it, and then iron it onto the plain t-shirt.

This way you can print your own stuff…Hope this helps!!

Why not dyi?

Like Jonsi said there are the inkjet papers they are super easy but pricey if you are doing several. Have you looked into screen printing? You can get a screen printing machine at Michaels craft stores for 300 dollars. If thats a little much and you are crafty buy acryilc paints and mix with a medium that allows you to paint on fabric and wash it then you can either paint the t-shirts by hand or make your own cheap screen printing set up using a curatin and emdroidery ring if you are making several
