tefl???
hey there. i know you left this comment 2 years ago, but i could use some advice if you check this! just came back from a mere week in costa rica and i fell in love with it. have been wanting to get tefl certified and teach esl down there. any advice regarding which tefl school/ program to use? there are so many, including online programs, but just want to make sure they’re all legit and honored in all parts of costa…...
thanks!
tefl-
I know you can do it online for cheap but i’m not sure about job placement after that- I did it through tefl quepos/ manuel antonio- and the program was great but then afterwards there was a web of Tefl teachers and people and they helped you get a job- i don’t know with the present economy how it is now but you could tutor in San Jose and make 10 or 20 dollars an hour then travel on the weekends or you could work at several different schools all around a couple of years ago- good luck and pura vida!
