Thanks to the Army, I have been priviledged to do things many only dream of. I have traveld to many other countries for work and pleasure. I have been able to continue my college education (although slowly) at very little expense.
And YES, I have been to Iraq. It was a hard time to be away from my wife, but I feel honored to have served my country and the people of Iraq – who deserve the same basic priviledges we have. If I am called to go again I will go proudly with my head held high. I feel an obligation to the people of Iraq to help them overcome their suffering, I feel an obligation to my family to secure their rights, and an obligation to America. It may not be perfect, but it is the greatest country because it is my country.
