Ok, so by now, I´ve gone to one hour on the treadmill on most days. I don´t need to do it in my pajamas anymore, as I enjoy having an hour to read without feeling there are better things to do. The problem is not doing it everyday. I now walk 5 kilometers every time. I just read the diet and exersice guidelines and it seems that one hour is the minimun for weight loss. An hour and a half is the optimum. And it has to include weight training and stretching so I searched for an elastic band I had, although I don´t know if that will be enough.
