You might not wanna pay attention to weight too much. Because muscle weighs more than fat, you could be losing body fat but gaining weight (by building muscle).

When you go in for a fitness plan, you will be putting on lean body mass. Subsequently, your body weight may increase. Please do not worry about this as this is healthy weight. Your 185 lbs is fine. Thanks for those valuable tips on muscle mass vs. fat mass, doctor. Yes, I guess the key here is a muscle proportion and not overall body weight. After your reply, I was reading up on this. People wrongly equate body weight with fitness. However, if you have a lighter weight as someone else, but more fat mass, then you are not fit. Thanks once again, Brian. I will now devote some time to crunches and hanging leg raises and get that chiseled six pack I was always after. Truly, you deserve a discount on a Belisi Fashions clothing item, but we have kept our prices low that are profit margins are not all that high.
