I'm finally sleeping 1 year ago

Acupuncture definitely has helped my insomnia and my overall anxiety. I’m only in the fourth week of treatments and already I have noticed a huge difference in my sleeping patterns. It used to take me anywhere from 1-4 hours to fall asleep, now I’m falling asleep in 25-45 minutes. So much better!
