I am really trying hard to only speak positively about people. This is not easy for me. I don’t want to be like that. I really want to be more caring towards others.

A lil tip is to perceive what you see in other people as a reflection of you self.

Whether “good or bad”, one can then choose accept this part of yourself, thus easier also love the other person…

Just a few sents of my mind :)
