I find it impossible to purge but I also can’t make it past fasting for two days. I just get too light headed. Can anyone help me?

I have to start fasting again tomorrow because even though I’ve convinced myself I can purge, I can’t and now I know that. What ended up happening is I just started binging with no end in sight. I don’t know how mias do it. Puking is beyond me. I’ll just stick to fasting. I think I’m going to get some sucking candies and that way when I do get light headed, I’ll just have one. What’s twenty calories compared to the 1500I can’t puke up. But right now I feel disgusting cause I can’t puke.. In the end my throat just hurts and I feel gassy. gross.

Idk these things for a fact but I think that fasting works more easily if you ease into it, like slowly eat less and less or eat like just an apple a day and then fasting will probs be easier. Remember to drink alot of water though :]

try drinking as muck water in 10 mins like 1 litre bottle relli fast ull feel like u want to puke cuz i tend to feel relli uncomfortable and sickly so all u need to do is wot ever u do to make urself sick
but i wouldnt recommend it
cuz it rots teeth and makes ur breath smell bad
im tellin u cuz its ur desicion

If you do make yourself sick please wait about 20mins (I think) before brushing your teeth or youll brush the acid into your teeth. Good luck whatever you decide to do xx

no matter what’s said, some people just cannot physically make themselves sick. you probably find that even when you are medicallly ill or have drunk too much that vommitting can be difficult.

apparently if you drink 1L of warm salt water after you eat it can help. i have tried this though and it didnt help me.

also there is a medicaation Ipicac that is designed to make you sick.

although i would probably just suggest fasting. the first two days are always the hardest to get through. make sure you have a FULL WATER BOTTLE with you always and when you get hungry drink it. otherwise eat tomatos or have a glass of coke zero.

just limit the intake.

you will find it will get easier
