I have arrived at 149.0, from 151.2 two weeks ago.

Although it may not seem like a lot, I view it as a huge victory! :)

Last year at this time, I weighed about 175. Do the math of averages on that, and I have lost .5 lb every week over the course of the year…resulting in 25 pounds GONE!!

For being at such a low weight 2.2 lbs in 2 weeks is really good. It’s a healthy weight loss. I saw your photo and honestly I cannot believe you were ever significantly overweight, you look great! This goal is nothing compared to what you’ve already accomplished-and are still accomplishing- go you!

I appreciate your comment! Weight loss maintenance is almost as challenging as weight loss itself, and encouragement always helps.

I agree with you 100% that 2.2 lbs in 2 weeks is awesome! I think that I had some ‘water balance’ issues that got fixed. ;) I know that this process will slow down, but I’d be plum tickled if I could keep losing even .5 per week!

By the way – I was at my Mom’s house over Easter weekend, and I looked through some old photo albums…I came across three photos of me at my highest weight. I had thought that those photos were lost forever! Next time I go down there, I’ll bring one back to post on 43T.

You are lucky, by the way – you are already beautiful – I looked like a basketcase when I first started losing!! :)
