stretch every day

every day this week, i have stretched. my goal is simply to stretch each leg for two minutes each night. i stretch other muscles after i work out, but i want to make sure i stretch my hamstrings every day, because they really need it.

That's my weak point too.

I’m starting to feel I set my goal too high as far as that goes, but I’m sticking to it. You might want to just focus on your hamstrings about 15 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. Just a thought.
