Not really. Just the dieting situation. Maybe I should dod what I did last week, but I have this huge thing of grapefruit juice sitting in the fridge. But I like grapefruit juice, so drinking it won’t really bother me that much. But then I thought about the last diet that I went on. I only ate one meal EVERYDAY under 500 calories and lost 6 lbs in the starting week.
But when I get into the habit of doing that everyday, I tend to binge, whereas when I don’t eat for just 3-4 days a week, I can eat an average amount of food on the other days so long as I don’t eat too much.
Actually, if I really think about it, my best bet would be to fast one day and then eat up to 1000 calories the next,just for balance. Technically, I think that it would help me lose weight faster that way.
By the way, there will be no free days until I lose 10 lbs AT LEAST, which I hope will be in the next month or so.
