Kristi came over bearing lovely belated birthday gifts (pink tulips, perfume and a Thursday babysitting offer! I feel spoiled). It was really good to see her and catch up a bit.

We had a wonderful (although slightly low energy) visit. Markus made us all a fantastic steak dinner and then we retaliated with dessert. Cookietime!

It was wonderful. Delicious. We had them fresh and warm from the oven with hot chai tea. And the house smells like a melty chocolate dream.
