I’ve always wanted to do early morning yoga, but could never really commit to it. Plus, whenever I tried, I would always be so stiff from just getting out of bed, I didn’t think I was getting much benefit from it. But I’ve recently started exercising more regularly, and have just this week been managing to get up consistently at 5:30 so I can get in a workout before the day starts. And it’s been great for doing yoga, as well! I finish my workout in 30 minutes, and then spend 30-45 minutes doing asans and breathing. If I’m really raring to go after the workout, I might tune into Inhale, and do some power yoga.

Yes!
I never felt better than when I was doing my daily practice and taking classes twice a week. I stopped the classes and the practice and I feel my flexibility reverting back. I just felt so good with the daily practice, I should add this one in too.
My computer also downloads classes each day from Instant Media so they’re fresh and new and I have no excuses.
