break a bad habit

It’s been months since I have succumbed to my bad habit. It is getting easier to fight it but I still don’t think I’m quite ready to click the ‘I’ve done this’ button yet. Putting pen to paper to really outline what my habit was and why I wanted to change it seemed to help. Telling one trusted friend about it also helped too. I’m treating myself to little presents along the way. Wish me luck. I hope I can officialy declare myself free from this habit sometime this year.
