Once you get into the habit of eating well (and detecting all the bull$- food when you see it), it’s really nothing.

I’ve been weight training 5x a week, eating 5-6 times a day with mostly organic food, consisting of vegies, lean meat, nuts, & various fruits. The only thing that kills me is the cardio. I hate running…

My philosophy on nutrition is simple: eat like a caveman/woman. If you couldn’t eat something 100,000+ years ago, you probably shouldn’t be eating it now (our genes haven’t adapted to our radical change of food intake a bit since then). It makes sense, and studies agree…

P.S. the best (I.m.o.) ‘natural health’ websites I have found are mercola.com and newstarget.com, if anybody’s interested. The reason I like them is because they base their judgement on hard evidence rather than mere speculation (citing all sources).

oaky see, after reading all that I know I just worked out. I am impressed and disgusted with myself all at the same time; but I gotta say I agree it is just a case of doing it!
