Buns of steel...well, sort of  — 1 year ago

I climbed the CN Tower today in support of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and I have to say that it was a great experience. Not only did I raise $255 dollars, but I had a grand old time laughing it up with friends and countless others who, for some reason, signed up to endure such torture! It really wasn’t torture, just a really nice workout. I’m feeling pretty good right about now, but I think I hear a nice hot shower calling my name.

Steps no, levels yes

Thanks!

There are actually 1,776 steps, but I didn’t count them…I was too busy reading all of the motivational posters that school children had made and that had been posted on the stairwell walls! However, the 144 floors gave a bit of motivation as we passed…”What’s that, only 100 more floors to go?! Ahh, that’s nothin’.”

1,815 feet tall? How long did that take you?

So how do you feel now?

Thanks for supporting World Wildlife Fund.

It actually went by pretty fast! I felt great when we finished…it’s really not that hard. We’ll some ppl had to take breaks, so I guess it all depends on how fit you are…but really, everyone can do it!

Thanks! It’s a great cause, so why not support it?
