I’m 28 and still trying to lose weight.I know what to do, cut down and exercise, we all know that but its the motivation thats the problem.I do well for a few days and then do awful and then give up.If anyone has any suggestion PLEASE help me!!! Much appreciated, d irish girl

hey thats just how i feel atm but i look a picture of someone who is the right weight and size i want to be and it keeps me motivated it sounds a bit stupid but it works, also when i want to eat loads of cakes and things i just think what i will look like in few months when i finally lose the weight hope this helped ya ..=)
