when i was in high School i used to hate my body. especially my stomach. everyone would tell me i was skinny. but i didn’t believe them. no i never had an eating disorder, but i didn’t like my body enough to wear anything that looked nice, or even wear a bikini. i only tried to cover up. though, when I starting eating healthier, and exercising, I regained a new self-confidence. i have more energy now. even if i gain winter weight, i could care less. my Boyfriend also makes me feel positive.
That’s awesome :) I’ve never even bought a bikini because I know I’d never wear it. Luckily here in New Zealand people tend to wear the one-piece swimming costumes…
It’s incredible how much of an impact healthy eating and a light exercise regime can have. I recently started hitting the gym and I feel a lot more energized. Keep up the fantastic work, and good luck with the rest of your goals.
