I did pretty good during week 6, yet I still didnt lose any weight. I did three days of cardio and three days of strength, I ate well 5 days and the other 2 not so great at all. My sisters graduation is next Sunday and afterwards we are going out to eat at a nice italian resturant so I hope I do really well with exercise and eating this week so that on Sunday I can just enjoy myself and not feel guilty.
