i really want to lose weight expecially for school! im not really fat but would like to loose maybe 3lbs. and really want to gain muscle.

my comment is that if you want to loose weight cut a leg off, or is it that you want to loose fat? what ever it is why not try eating nothing but celery that burns off more callories than it puts on plus its healthy. see ever one wins !! oh and about gaining muscle …....ever heard of a gym ?
