Got some help
I downloaded software from fitday.com last week. I love it! I’ve been using the online version for a couple of years now, but the downloaded version is much more versatile and comprehensive.
I’m down to 160. My starting weight nearly 3 years ago was 185, so I’m technically down by 25 pounds. My long-term goal is 125 (I’m 4’10”). Ouch, it hurt to say that!
Short-term goal: 155 by my birthday (Sep. 21)
