nothing so far today, except two diet pills and a swig of iced diet tea… lost another pound, as of… 5 minutes ago, that makes a total.. of like 12-13 pounds so far. then the gym tonight for a cardio workout :D maybe another .5 lb or so.. who knows.. okay thank you girls so much for the thinspo, kept me from eating any midday meals.. stay strong, love to you all.

u know whats mad ,im in an awful state at the moment ,im actually a size 14 and i feel sick and ive startd throw u my food …i have so many questions i wanna ask …will i really loose weight ,ive heard u can gain weight from doing that ,if u have ne advice can u talk to me ,im so sad i cant even say how bad im hurting rite now ,i wasnt allways big ,i had a kid and the weight just went higher.i seen myself in a mirror in anight club last week and i just cried ..how awful i look its foul
awww! thats ok! when ppl say you gain weight they are talking about in the long run. like yes you will lose weight, but ur metabolism is going to slow down so its possible that if you dont keep the “ana” eating habits u develop up and go back to eating however you are now you are going to gain back all the weight u lost if not more because ur metabolism wont be as fast. if you want to lose weight you should start by cutting out all the greasy, unhealthy foods in ur diet and try to eat lots of vegetables and if ur drinking regular pop swith to diet, or green tea (speeds up metabolism, is spose to help u burn an extra 100 cals a day, and lots of other benefits), water is good for your skin too! start exercising, go for walks, do crunches and pushups. i hope this helps! im not an expert by any means but thats just stuff i know. think thin!
