i finished strong women stay slim yesterday. this is good because i am reading more while also learning things i need to do to keep in shape and eat better. i have read a bunch of info on both of those things already, but i think a little reinforcement wouldn’t hurt, and besides i needed some info on exercises i could do to tone up.
