spinach and sweet potato curry

- fry onion, garlic and fresh root ginger.
- add spices: garam masala, corriander, turmeric, cumin, chilli, cinamon, cloves (in decreasing amounts ie. lots of garam masala and few cloves). salt and pepper. fry a bit more
- sweet potatoes, chopped small
- add a tin (can) of chopped tomatoes
- add a little vegetable stock
- a handful of sultanas (golden rasins)
- find cloves and take them out
- when potatoes are cooked, add spinach and cook just enough to wilt
serve with rice
