I lost all my drive to lose this weight. It sucks because I want to lose it, I’m just sick of dieting. I want to gorge on fast food and meat and pasta…I am so sick of beans and rice! The last few weeks I have been eating not bad, but not good either. I haven’t really gained any weight back…just one pound…but I feel terrible. I really want to get my drive back. I want to be dedicated again and maybe start doing yoga. I need motivation…

There are two aspects to losing weight. You have to control the intake of your food, and you have to burn the calories that you consume. Have you tried adding a half hour walk a day to your process? Maybe it’s time for you to change your diet. If you have been excluding things from your diet and are craving them, then add them back in but controlled portion sizes. We aren’t meant to be on a diet for all of our lives.
