Flutter kicks this morning too. Friday 23092005

Fifty four count flutter kicks. Approaching muscle failure. Now stretch the quads, stretch the calfs and feet.

Will try for another set of fifty. A swallow of water, and- Here goes!

One two three, ONE! One, two, three, TWO! and so forth, with some classical music and the sound of the ceiling fan and server fan around.

Fifty! Voila! Vot tam! Going on in spite of the pain in my back and quads, I have done them. Now a drink of water, and stretch.
