Ugh. It’s been six months since my last entry on this goal, and I’ve gone the wrong direction. Between significant work and personal obligations I’ve just let myself go. Well, no more! I just started a new job, and I will be working signifcantly less. In fact, I’ve already worked out twice this week.
Comments:
Don't aim for perfect!
Just aim for a good solid effort each day. I find if I judge myself as graciously as I am willing to judge my best friend – I’m a lot more reasonable on myself!!
You can do it – I’m 226 pounds today. My highest was 234 a year ago, my lowest was 214 in the summer… of course, I haven’t stuck with it. It’s been a very stressful past few months. With stress for me – food.
Good luck, keep trying – you ARE worth it. Treat yourself and your body like you would a best friend. If you don’t like yourself who else will?
Goodnight :)
motivation
i have the same problem.. i loose it then i gain it back. it helps to keep my self motivated by reminding myself what i really want to look like before i head to the junk or before i say “im too tired to work out”. another thing you could do is go for a run before/after work depending on your hours. but i also found it reallly helps to just like myself for who i am. good luck!
same thing!
I just want to lose weight im at 160. I have been walking every morning and every evening i don’t work. so im doing good. good luck with yours!
