This past Christmas I decided I wanted to give boxes of truffles as gifts. I bought a 5 kilo block of Calabaut semi and went to town. My kitchen still has bits of chocolate in the odd corner (see the goal – Hire a Maid). Everyone loved these! The key is to use the best chocolate you can find. It really does make all the difference.
