very similar to that. My husband kept pressuring me to get a super duper, 21 speed, gigantic mountain bike with 16 options that I’d never use, but I end up with that bike. I love my bike. It has 3 speeds (most of the time – on a good day.) Who needs 21 speeds?? Come on!! I found my bike at a bike swap. I paid $25 for it. It’s red. I call it my “I’m-riding-along-the-canals-in-Holland
with-a-basket-full-of-bread-and-cheese”
bike. My butt is very skinny so I bought a padded seat for it. My bike is the best. The only set back to owning the bike is that it’s difficult to find parts for it due to its age. Ohhhh well….a small price to pay for vintage grace and luxury.
