i really have no idea where to start. i have soooo much backyard. it took an hour to mow and that doesn’t include weed-eating. my parents are gonna help, but the problem is finding time we’re all available (and willing to do manual labor). i have plans to create:
a vegetable garden
an herb garden
and a flower garden

i’m not sure which one i want outside my breakfast window. i was thinking the vegetable garden, but mom cringed when i said that and now i have second thoughts… not really. i think it’s still going to be the veggie one;)

Unearthing a power line or hitting a gas pipe usually means not having a good time. I hope you enjoy gardening and your garden.

true...

that probably would be a bad experience! it’s a new build and all the ‘important stuff’ is within 8 feet of the fence. i was also thinking of doing somekind of raised garden, but that would require a lot of dirt and effort.
