shave my head for charity (read all 2 entries…)
Got sick of waiting, so I just did it! 2 years ago

Well, my hair is all gone. It’s been about 3 days since I shaved my head and it has been a total eye-opening experience!! People look at me in one of two ways. Either with pity because they think I’m ill, or with contempt because they think I’m a freak. I never really thought about my hair as a part of me. I really don’t miss it either. It’s ccol though. I can’t tell you how many times I have been accused of “Brittany-envy”, and that freakin’ sucks! Oh well. Lol, have a nice day!

I forwarded my donations to the appropriate charity, I just did not do it at the event. I doubt I will keep it shaved, I miss my hair. I appreciate that you thik I look nice bald, my hubby likes it to, but I will be growing my hair back out again. Thanks again for your comment, have a great day!

Good for you..!

Its one of those things that you have to do get the full experience. its not something you can explain.
this whole ordeal is openeing my eyes to things i could never see.
Still in the raising money phase.. soon to be bald. again. :)

There is also LocksofLove.org who will take hair donations to make wigs for sick kids.
