Well, I took a class. One. It met 4 times I think. It wasnt bad. I made a few of the things we learned how to make, but not many. There are more I could take, but Im not sure I want to. They are all more expensive (starting at around $75), and they have at most 4 sessions (some are just 2 and cost $150). I guess what Im trying to say is, I am cooking on my own, and I seem to be doing a good job, so I dont see the reason for the classes. I dont know. Maybe I will take something on Indian or Thai food, something unusual I dont know much about.
