I’ve been attempting to work toward this goal for quite a few weeks now, and I don’t think I’ve managed it once! In fact, I think I’ve done so badly that a couple of times I’ve went back on a goal I considered already completed (which was getting to bed before 2 at least 4 times a week).
My Aunt suggested that I was going about it in the wrong way. So instead of simply trying to get to bed earlier, I should set my alarm so that I’m waking up earlier. That way, by around midnight, I should be tired enough that I’ll have to sleep.
It’s worth a shot, and honestly, I don’t like sleeping till late in the morning on a regular basis :S
