I was quite disappointed. The acting was sub-par, they turned a twenty-something man emo, they didn’t explain some very important elements otherwise only explained in the comic books, there were too many villians for one movie, the plotlines were weak and didn’t make sense at times, and lots of pieces of the story were very far off from the original in ways that weren’t even valuable to the film. I enjoyed the first two Spidermans, but this one was just a drawn-out letdown. I really WANTED to like it, but I couldn’t even make myself seek out positives in this film. Topher Grace should NOT have quit “That 70’s Show” for this.
