My baby is coming home in a few short days…I miss the bejeezus out of her! The kleenex, oh, I keep them handy. But I thought it was a girlie thing..ha!
She is in ‘finals week’, and yup, doing wonderful. If you knew my daughter, this would certainly not be a surprise!! She is minoring in French by the way…which seems to be a lil’ something you might have in common!

Jislaaik? Haha. so you are really from South Africa? Cape Town? Am I understanding correctly!!? I used to know a few Afrikaans words.
Cape town is beautiful…infact I have started a painting of the tabletop mountain, just recently.
I just paint to relax..but I have a wonderful friend from there, who once gave me a picture and asked that I paint it! He is now a U.S. Citizen..but visited S.A. last year with his family!
I hope your son makes the grades to receive the car!

Well, my baby went back to college yesterday..(2nd year).sigh, it is still not easy..she did fabulously last year…and I am proud of her~~but, I dig having her around…and I will miss her!
