Hi! i’m more ana..so i’m pretty new to mia..& i’d really like some help with it..does anyone have any good tips?? Ana helps out but i think i need a lil extra help from Mia..my ultimate goal weight is 99lbs-just to say i could..lol..then i’ll stick to 100..i’ll probably change my mind & want to go lower tho..i’m starting to think that mia is more effective because ppl i know see more results & if u slip up & eat-u can get rid of it..as with ana-u just feel bad about urself..so i’m gonna try to do both..excercise obsessively..& drink tons of water-& any help from u guys would be awesome!! Thanx :)

All I can say is, its not a nice thing and it becomes a bad obsession that dictates everything.
But, the key to mia, unless for some reason you want to be found out, is to not let ppl hear you because that causes all sorts of issues and ppl on your case and you just don’t need that when your already dealing with the issue of bulimia.
Its sureal to me I still don’t know how I got here.
