My goal was to have lost 10 pounds by today, and that didnt happen. I have lost 5 pounds, so thats not too bad. I have three weeks left of the challenge and hopefully I will have lost 10 by the end of it. I’m doing really well the with the cardio and strength part of the program, but when it comes to eating I’m not doing to well. This week I really want to keep my calories at about 1800 each day and drink lots and lots of water.
