I found Allen Carr’s ‘Easy Way’ helped me more than anything else I had read. That and a shed load of will-power.

I just posted a reply to Weathergirl and have no time left today but I will make an effort and tell you all of my news soon. Hope you are still filling lives with sunshine and being generally wonderful.
Soon I will I have plenty of quiet evenings to get involved on 43t again, hopefully help out where I can.
