It’s worth the effort. After 2 weeks I’ve actually begun to dislike the taste of Pepsi, and I’ve been drinking it for as long as I can remember.

Thanks for the site, interesting read so far.
Even if I wasn’t drinking the amount of water I am now, quitting the pop alone I’m sure would be a huge improvement. It’s such a drag on your mind/immune system with all the caffeine and sugar.
I’ll have to get myself a microscope and check out all the water I drink from now on. ;) Haha!
