Little by little

I’m making progress. When I go out to lunch, I don’t order a Diet Coke like I normally do, but drink water instead. This is healthier anyway, and besides, the mark-up on fountain drinks is outrageous. Also, one of my other goals is to drink more water, so this way I can kill two birds with one stone.
It doesn’t sound like much, but it adds up.
