You know, it really is sad how hard this is. I have brushed my teeth at least once everyday for a month, probably twice some of the days and NEVER three times. I’m getting married in 44 days and I want my teeth WHITE!! I’m going for 3 times a day starting: NOW!!

Maybe get whitening strips?

There are some that don’t strip the protective enamel from your teeth. Or, you can ask your dentist – might be covered under your insurance under “Preventitive Care”.
