Not that I didn’t think I could lose the weight by July, mind you.

You can do it!
I’m presently following the http://www.bodyforlife.com program. I’ve completed 60 days of the 90 day challenge. Its a phenomenal program for the kind of results you are looking for. Best Luck for your goal. You go girl!
Funny you should mention that . . .
That’s how I got my latest start on getting fit. I started the program with the intent to win $1,000,000. Even though I didn’t submit my pictures, I was bitten by the health and fitness bug. My son and I worked out with a trainer 3 days/week for about 3 months consistently. From there, I added my own cardio, started teaching aerobics, finished a marathon, and encouraged others to get out and workout. Since starting school last semester, things have slowing rolled downhill. I’m going to spend some time with a girlfriend of mine soon in an effort to get back on track. Thanks for the encouragement!
You are a Pro!
How were your results? I’ve taken up the suggesting the challenge to as many people as it helps me be in the loop. Only if one person decides and gets great results, it would be worth it. I would have passed it on. Best luck for your reunion goals.
My results were amazing, but . . .
not in the time alloted. Like you said, you only have 90 days. Perhaps because I didn’t use the supplements, I didn’t see dramatic changes right away. For me, it took quite a few months later. I went from approximately 150lbs to 128. My arms , back and chest saw the most improvement. Well, that was then . . . this is now and now I’m doing next to nothing in the way of exercise and healthy eating.
I hope you are enjoying the transformation.
