Well Im totally stoked im totally feeling ok and not hungry and im going pretty smooth. I have chilled on the SWF because its like the nastiest stuff I have ever drank. and this morning the Senna tea took a little longer then normal.. and it really didn’t give me any action. Im going a bit faster and more focused than normal.. I think that I will be able to last the full 10 day’s no problem.. and I finally bought a hand juicer (5 bucks) and it was totally worth it.
