As shared before i just bought a recumbent bike for my daily exercise goal.

The retailer said they will sent it by 15/6….so got another week to wait…arggggghhhhhh….why so late…..have to maintain my motivation….don’t give up…...

Glad to get the bike at half the price….it’s a display bike and stil have original waraanty…thus no worriees….

Any lose weight tips or any health tips?......may be i will do it in my next post…...
